Marvel heads in NYC – don’t miss out on Mashfest this Sunday! For those who don’t know, Mashfest is series of casual fighting game events hosted by Midtown Comics with help from some FGC friends. The Mashfest tournaments are free, while the bi-weekly Monday Night Mashfests costs $3 for all-night casuals. Best part is, all events are hosted at cool bars and lounges. What beats sipping on cheap drinks while playing MvC?

This Sunday’s UMvC3 tournament will be held at Break Bar and Billiards in Astoria, Queens, which is a short train ride from Manhattan. Winner gets free tickets to the Monday night showing of Amazing Spider-Man! There will also be a Marvel 2 side tourney for all you OGs.

While these events are free and fun, don’t be surprised to find NYC killers such as Chris G and DragonGod in the facility. Practice up kids, IT’S MAHVEL BAYBEE!
