The once-mysterious collaborative effort between Sega, Namco, and Capcom has been revealed to be Project X Zone, a strategy RPG for the Nintendo 3DS featuring icons from each company pairing up for battle. The Fighter’s Generation has a whole slew of screens and artwork, revealing teams such as Virtua Fighter‘s Akira and Pai, Tekken‘s Jin and Xiaoyu, and Street Fighter‘s Ryu and Ken. Even though Project X Zone isn’t a fighter itself, it’s awesome to see so many icons of the genre crammed into a single game. We’ll be releasing more details on the game as they trickle out, and we can only hope that these three giants bring their partnership to some big boy consoles!
